Rapid Prototyping Machine

I am a student who can afford to spend very much money on a prototype of a water filter, which the shell is basically just stainless steel and steel mesh. How do I find someone to create one? And how would I manufacture them on a slightly larger scale? (100/per year)

Some resources would be greatly appreciated.
